Merchandise Quality Guarantee

Your purchase from Radisson Jewels is a quality piece of jewelry manufactured with utmost skill and care, using modern manufacturing techniques. We guarantee that if any gemstones fall out due to a manufacturer’s defect, within a year of purchase, we will replace any gemstone up to .05cts at no charge and provide free labor. Damage resulting from misuse, lack of care or an accident and the effects of normal wear and tear are not covered by this guarantee. Watches purchased from us are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. A copy of these warranties will be provided upon request.

At Radisson Jewels, we offer consistently low prices. In fact, on average, our prices are 40% to 70% less than U.S. retail prices. Since we are confident that you will like our products and prices we offer you a simple and easy return policy and guarantee. (view under return policy)

Service Center

We maintain service centers in the U.S. to service any problems our customers have with jewelry purchased from us. If you have a problem with an item purchase from us, call our Customer Service Department at 1-718-618-5121 and they will advise you on what steps to take to get your jewelry repaired.

Money Back Guarantee

We proudly stand behind the quality of brand names and fine jewelry that we sell. If you are unhappy with any item you have ordered and received by mail, for any reason, we will gladly take back any unused item and refund you the original purchase price with no questions asked – if returned within 30 days of our invoice, excluding shipping & handling charges. In the unlikely event if we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly take back that item and credit you the purchase price, and original shipping costs. In addition, we will also cover the cost of your return postage and reimburse you for the same.

Our 30 day return policy is for online orders only.

Returning A Purchase

To return an item to Radisson Jewels, please print out a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), fill in all of the information as best you can, and enclose the completed form in the box with the item(s) to be returned. You can call our Customer Service Department at 1-718-618-5121 and inform them of the return.
For your protection, please send all returns via insured mail.
If you are returning an incorrectly shipped or defective item, call our Customer Service department at 1-718-618-5121 for assistance and reimbursement of shipping charges.

Returning A Gift

If you are returning a gift, please make sure to print a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please complete the form in its entirety and include it with the items to be returned. When gift items are returned, we will credit the original purchaser’s credit card or alternatively issue an in-store credit to be used in the future. If you are returning an incorrectly shipped or defective item, call our Customer Service department at 1-718-678-5121 for assistance and reimbursement of shipping charges.

Crediting Your Returns

Upon receipt of your return item and verification of the same, we will issue a credit to the original credit card used for the purchase. Please allow 3 to 6 weeks for items shipped back to be received by us. This is normal for items shipped to St. Maarten from the USA via USPS.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Refunds will not be issued due to “buyers “remorse. Refunds are possible upon approval by a representative of Radisson Jewels within the first 30 days of shipment on condition that its returned in its original condition. Anything after this will be on a case by case basis.

The standard ring size is 7 for women. Rings ordered in other sizes are considered customized and non-refundable. If adjustments are required, please let us know and we can happily arrange this for you.

Exchanges are possible anytime, including trade-ins for upgrades.

The customer only pays return shipping fees.

ADDRESS YOUR PACKAGE

You will receive the address of a special destination for returns. For security reasons, do not write Radisson Jewels anywhere on the outside of the box.

NO MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN

without an RMA issued by our Customer Service Center

If no RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is issued, Radisson Jewels will not be held liable for any returned merchandise and customer does so at its own risk.

CALL BEFORE RETURNING ITEMS

Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that have been damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department.

Please note that items showing signs of wear, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Radisson Jewels), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
